Below please find information on our studio rental packages, assistants, etc. Click on the titles to read the details and again to close each section. Please be sure to read our POLICIES to see our complete rental policies and procedures. If there is some additional equipment you would like for your shoot but we do not have it - just let us know! We can get it for you from one of our partners overnight.

OVERTIME POLICY
A Half Day rental can be from 8a-1p, or 2p-7p. A Full Day rental is from 8:30a-5:30p. You are always welcome to stay as long as you prefer, however overtime charges apply after 5:30 pm. Our studio overtime rates are $50/hour. Our digital technician overtime rate is $75/hour.
MULTI-DAY DISCOUNT
Overtime charges are waived for all multi-day rentals
+ Consecutive 3 Day Rental = 20% discount
+ Consecutive 4 Day Rental = 30% discount
+ Long term rental rates (5 days or more) are negotiable.
REWARDS

We also have a range of professional photography equipment for rental separate from the studio. Rental charges are listed per day; weekly rates are four times the daily rate. All rentals are minimum one day. Weekend rentals beginning Friday and end Monday morning by 10:00am are charged for 2 days.

Deposits
A deposit for the full replacement value of the equipment is required. Deposits can be secured through Visa, MasterCard, cash or with a certificate of insurance naming photospace as Loss Payee. If using a certificate of insurance as deposit method, a credit card is required for deductible. All rentals require a clear photocopy of the front and back of a valid drivers license and credit card
Insurance
Renter accepts full liability for any loss, damage or cost of repair. Insurance coverage for all equipment is the responsibility of renter while in possession of renter and during shipping either direction. A certificate of insurance naming photospace as the Loss Payee is required on all rental items with a replacement value of $8,000 or more.
Late Returns
Equipment will be billed at a full day rate until returned.
Availability, Reservations and Cancellations
To reserve equipment call us at (+1) 303.284.6057 or email studio@photospacedenver.com. Availability is not guaranteed. Reserve rentals in as far as advance as possible. Failure to cancel a reservation within 48 hours can result in a full day rental charge and any shipping charges incurred.
Spare Lamps and Flash Tubes
Spare lamps and flash tubes may be provided on lighting rentals. There will be a charge for these spares if lamps or tubes are not returned, or returned broken.

An experienced digital technician can be in your studio for the day, who is fluent in all tethered capture programs, lighting software, Photoshop, digital workflow systems, printers, etc. and provides processing of raw files and transfer to your hard drive/disks, and assistance in all things technical - lighting, software, workflow...to your studio rental, who is fluent in all tethered capture programs, lighting software, Photoshop, digital workflow systems, printers, etc.
